*ship Startup Festival has been the startup event for student & early-stage startups and all entrepreneurs since 2015!

Whoever you are — whether a startup founder taking your first steps, an experienced entrepreneur, or a curious-minded individual exploring the world of startups — *ship is the perfect event for you!

  “The Audacity to Disrupt”

  Sanna Koskela is a pioneer in workplace mental well-being, a startup entrepreneur, and a mental coach. As the CEO of Nuanic, she leads the development of a smart ring that measures electrodermal activity (EDA) to detect and prevent burnout. An award-winning speaker and trainer, Sanna inspires audiences with insights into mental recovery, self-leadership, and the use of technology to support well-being.

• Jarmo Lumpus

  "Global Growth: Strategies and Mistakes to Avoid When Expanding Beyond Finland"

  Jarmo Lumpus is an experienced startup entrepreneur with two successful exits. He co-founded CubiCasa in 2015, revolutionizing the U.S. real estate industry with its interior space scanning technology before the company was acquired by Clear Capital in 2021. His second exit was a cross-country skiing app that gained over two million users in four winters and was sold just weeks after its launch.

  Jarmo excels at identifying the perfect product-market fit, driving international sales, and developing businesses. A multiple-time startup pitching competition winner, he now works as an advisor, investor, and developer of new ventures.
